Privacy Policy

When you scan a pet, you send us a photo or short video clip. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo. We also store basic usage counts to enforce free limits.

Your photo or video is sent to our AI provider (Google Vertex AI / Gemini) to analyze body language and is used only to generate your result. We do not sell your media or use it for advertising.

If you're signed in, we save your scans so you can revisit them in your history — this includes the short clip (with audio), the AI's reading, and any chat. Anonymous scans are not saved to our servers. You can delete any saved scan, revoke a share link, or delete your account at any time, which removes the associated clips.

When you create a share link, that scan (including its clip) becomes viewable by anyone who has the link, until you revoke it. Don't share links to anything you want to keep private.

We use Google (sign-in & AI), Supabase (accounts & data), Dodo Payments (billing), and Vercel (hosting & analytics). Each processes data only to provide their service.

You can sign out anytime, request account deletion, and cancel a subscription via the billing portal. Contact us to delete your account and associated data.
